Wheee! I have awesome news!

ANTICS has just been allowed entry into the Comic Genesis FCBD Edition 2007! FCBD (also known as Free Comic Book Day) is where several editions are released to the public for no fee, the titles are listed here if you wanna check it out! Click Me!

Most of the pages are now at least Kinda up, I still have to update the Extras page, um, links is done as well as the cb, I was going to connect the site to a Guild I have on Gaiaonline.com but figured not a lot would be interested so yeah O-o:

If you do want to chat though, just leave a message in the cb, it is a funky little design and the reason I did not place it on the main page was..well I hate it when I see so many boards spammed with advertisements. It really sucks. And I figured hopefully this will prevent that if just a bit! Does anyone actually read this update page anyway?

In any case, I hope you guys enjoy the new interface, personally I do perfer it.

So here is the deal, every day there will be an update until the archive is through and now in a full page format too! There is a new prologue as well as title pages for each chapter and then the normal updates will commence. This is just for a refresher, and I hope you enjoy the prologue as well, it will probably clear a couple of things up.

One more thing, if there are broken links it is because we have started a new so the old archives will not be available. OH! And I am going to be doing an overhaul of the webpage itself >3

Alright, so I have checked the siteadmin for ComicGen (the host of ANTICS) and the que has gone down from 3700 to 889 for updating all the sites that are run under CG SO there may be no update appearing until a bit later on tonight.

In other news I should have new wallpaper up soon as well as a new image that will be in the ComicGen calender, I'll post a link in here when the full thing is placed together.

I am just discovering it is an interesting juggle to try to do class work as well as update a webcomic, time management was never my strong suit .___.: In anycase I hope you like the updates, this Friday's turned out better then I hoped for ^__^

Um..Another question for you the viewer...should I place in some type of message box where people could just leave a comment?

Oh and I'll work a bit more on the Antics Links so if anyone wanted to add one to their sig or own website I would be very greatful ^0^

Sooo, I am kind of tired with the bulky layout of the Image page so I hope the redone version looks a bit cleaner and more organized. I can add more stuff in it now :D

Also, if you have noticed in the archiving page ANTICS has officially finished three chapters! Not that you actually get a break in between which I hope is alright. I never liked placing covers on a story if it is flowing just fine without em. OH!
And I was wondering what you the viewer would like to see for wallpaper~ Just click on the contact link and exchange the (at) with an @ to email me any ideas you may have!

Since it is that time of year that school starts, I am also now enrolled into a program with UoW, and therefore may be a bit busy but I will try to keep up with the updates. Although I think I'll have to change Thursday's update to Friday as a normal occurance now.

Like the subject states ANTICS has received its first fanarts! Masked Lioness, one of the creators for Duchess Mew drew it for me in thanks for making a guest comic! So I figured it would be great to post it here, I enjoyed the idea of Ami as a full blown cat XD

Sorry if some of the comics are a bit late, I have moved an hour and a half away from my old home to the middle of almost no where. I have to admit you see the stars a lot clearer up here though ^__^

Um..there is not much to report, I am working on several guest comics and still need to get started on that Calender thing O-o: As far as ANTICS news that is it ^__^

Thursday's comic is up to enjoy, and we will be introduced to several interesting characters that will be seen frequently in this story and is based on one of my friends.

Ooooh~ And in Comic Genesis news I will be doing a picture for May in the ComicGen calender that will probably be completed some time at the end of the 2006 year. I have decided I am going to make Lys in a kimono surrounded by some type of red flower..not sure if it should be exotic or not.

And I am confirmed to be going to the CN Expo! Sadly I have not been able to purchase a booth but will be wandering around with some interesting individuals so it should be a blast. I hope I meet some that do read ANTICS!

It has been an interesting week, and an exausting one, I am not use to being so busy damnit. And now to work on arts that I have wanted to for a while :D OH~ And one more thing, HAPPY CANADA'S DAY!

Figured it was about time that I updated this sucker.

Oh and a sidenote Anime North was AWESOME! I got a commission from this 4Koma Project and now it is uploaded onto www.animelondon.com as a Ninja strip XD Aaaand ANTICS is also now on the CGWiki, a funky spin-off of Wikipedia for the Comic Genesis website, all the information on characters and plot you could possibly want! Not to mention original sketches of Misu and Marissa!

Yeah, I think that is about it >>: And I am sorry about updating so late in the day, I have to deal with 9 hours of work a day. I cannot complain though it is a great place ^__^

It must be my lucky week, I get two fanmails for the first time XD <3

Mind you one of them is from a friend of a friend but he was such a sweetheart to send me something! And then there was another sent from someone I met at the AN which is fabulous, I am glad to hear some of you are enjoying the comic! What can I say, I am a sucker for feedback.

On another note I believe I will have the original sketches for the girls linked in each of the profiles so hopefully that will be up by tomorrow.

So exhausted...

I am sooooo sorry I was late with the two updates last week, there is no accounting for it -GONK!-

I have been focusing on the four elemental glamour shots of my pretty eyecandy characters, and I really hope they are liked. I did Earth too but I have to redo the background. I am not happy with it x___@: Wind is partially done too. And two shots of Ami, I am not sure if I wanna use both for Anime North. There will be one dreamy shot of Lys too.

-Sighs.- I think I should do fanart too, I mean not many people know about ANTICS so it is probably safe to just do some pretty shots of characters from Scrapped Princess, Naruto, perhaps Chobits? Sooooo excited about Anime North X3!

Please feel free to comment in this journal, it is the reason I have it to hear feedback for the comic~!

Yesssss, there shall be some new faces in Antics! And a couple of new images when I am done the colouring for the posters I want to sell at Anime North! That is right me and a friend will be sharing a booth and I will be selling pretty pictures of pretty boys and lord knows what else! Here is the website for that:

Another couple of updates later and there is now an archive with all the old comics so please feel free to click around it is located on the main page on the bottom bar! I am still working on several character sketches and a new character that will be introduced pretty soon when I finish all of the pictures.

Did I mention that every Monday and Thrusday is a new update? Good.

Sooo, I changed a bit of the images for the About page (the one you are located on now and reading this XD) thanks to some wise advice from a couple of artists at ComicGen Forums. Also looking into some shading tutorials because my images are apparently flat -GONK!-

Also I finally finished colouring in that picture that I have been meaning to for the last two weeks, messing around with the noise feature on oC XD Oh! And here is a doodle of Ami eating two of the ComicGen that ripped out her eyes and put her into a box .__.:
